   Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may result from circumstances beyond GreenLX’s control, including carrier issues, weather events, customs clearance, and logistical challenges. GreenLX accepts no liability for delays or failure to deliver within the estimated timeframe.

2. Accuracy of Shipping Information
   Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. GreenLX is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional costs or delays resulting from address errors, including reshipping fees for returned packages, are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Risk of Loss and Damaged Packages
   Once an order leaves GreenLX’s premises, risk transfers to the customer. GreenLX is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received, lost or stolen items, or damage occurring during transit. Customers should file claims directly with the carrier; GreenLX will assist but cannot guarantee outcomes.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations
   Orders may be changed or canceled only prior to shipment. After dispatch, no changes can be made. Customers wishing to return an order must follow the returns procedure once the order is received.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after confirmation. You will receive email notifications confirming order receipt and shipment. Ensure your shipping address is accurate; GreenLX is not liable for errors.

3. Shipping Options and Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

These estimates may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4. Shipment Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number and carrier details via email. If tracking information is not received within 2 business days, please contact us.

5. Geographic Coverage
Currently, GreenLX ships to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or select remote locations.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
GreenLX is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries. If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors and the carrier. For damaged items, contact us within [X] days with your order details and photos.
